Any entities that send any unsolicited commercial email to an email address containing "gayzer.com" voluntarily enter a contract with gayzer.com and its owners and operators and agree to be bound by the following terms of the contract as described herein

1. You understand and agree that any commercial communication from you that includes "Gayzer.com" in the To, Cc, Bcc fields is against the express wishes of the recipient(s) unless they have specifically opted in to receive commercial email from you.
2. You understand and agree that each unauthorized unsolicited commercial email that contains "Gayzer.com" which advertises or promotes any internet or physical destination, any product or service shall be subject to a $5,000 fee per each unauthorized unsolicited commercial email as a consideration for reading, responding, and for using Gayzer.com's resources. You may pay the fee in advance via bank transfer, or other service convenient for both parties otherwise the owner(s) of this domain or a representative will remit an invoice to you.
3. Should any action or suit be instituted to enforce any of the provisions in this contract, the owner(s) of Gayzer.com, or agent(s) acting on behalf of Gayzer.com, shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney's fees plus all other costs and expences associated with maintaining such action or suit.
4. You accept full responsbility for any affiliates or marketing agents who promote any Internet or physical destination, or any product or service on your behalf.
5. You may not distribute, give away, sell or barter to any third party any email addresses containing the domain name "Gayzer.com"
6. You agree that this policy, or any applicable laws, is not pre-empted by the Federal CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. ? 7701 et seq.
7. Each party agrees to personal jurisdiction in any action brought in any court, Federal or State, within the County of Broward, State of Florida having subject matter jurisdiction over the matters arising under this Agreement unless the owner(s) or agent(s) of Gayzer.com choose otherwise. Any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be instituted in the County of Broward, State of Florida unless the owner(s) or agent(s) of Gayzer.com choose otherwise. You waive any objection which you may have now or hereafter to the laying of the venue of such action or proceeding and irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of any such court in any such suit, action or proceeding.
8. This contract shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and other legal representatives assigns
9. This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
10. This agreement can be amended or changed at any time by the owner(s) or agent(s) of Gayzer.com

Sending email to any address containing the domain name "Gayzer.com" by you, your agents, affiliates, or other representatives constitutes the voluntary acceptance of these terms and of any future changes of those terms regardless of whether received notification of those updates.
